I don't know which I would rather have, they were both a dissapointing redesign, imo, the vettes cheaper and faster, the 911 has the Porsche name and..... alright nevermind, I'd take the vette cuz theres not really anything that the 911 has over it now that i think about it

The 997 is the 05-model 911, not the 996.

And I chose the C6 because it's almost as good in most ways as the Porsche, better in others, and $20,000 cheaper.

C6- It quelled my dislike for the last gen of Corvette, and even though I'd love to drive a Porsche, everyone that I've talked to that's ever owned one, old or new, has said they were a pain in the ass when it came to reliability.
