Yes, there's an old quarry in the area, not very accessible any more, and once you get back there, there's no such thing as a real road anymore, and that's where we took it. It was fun.

Certainly more fun than driving a Discovery on the road.

That's true... it was top heavy, so didn't corner well, and the ride was rather rough, but I expected that. Acceleration was okay.. not great, but not bad. Then again, I'm used to car acceleration.
