The version to be shown (debuts today, in fact) is the Si, which is the performance version. Hence the large-ish brakes. Should be interesting to see how this car stacks up to the Mazda3. As it stands, a 3s gets you similar performance and significantly more goodies for about the same money as a Civic Si Hatch. Have to see if Honda either does a significant bump in performance or content for the same price, or drops the price and keeps the rest of the stuff the same, for the new car.
Kewl, kinda. I don't know, it looks nice, but it's really ricer-ish and it has that unrealistic preproduction thing to it.

I agree about the preproduction thing. I don't like the wing, black hood, completely black headlights, or the foglights, for some reason. With some toning-down, it could look pretty decent.

Honda concept-to-production usually changes exactly those things, so you're in luck.

The front portion of the car looks strange on the side profile, but other than that, I didn't find it too strange.
I definitely agree, the hood looks too short in the profile (itching to photochop the whole roof and pillars back a bit) but attractive from other angles.
