Graphics cards are all pretty equal when it comes to daily use like internet and such. It's mainly gaming and video editing that you can tell a difference with..
Anyway, the gauges look kindof Volvo to me, but I can't find one that looks exactly like that, so I'll make a Volvo guess anyway (unless they were included when you said Ford )...

I've looked at so many gauges all the fonts look the same now. I'll go through and study again in a few minutes.
