It looked rather similar to an Isuzu Trooper in the spy shots. Now it looks flat-out identical.

All I have to say is oh my God, what were they thinking?


It's not as if it's terrible, but as iffy said, it's identical to the Trooper, and they expect this to sale alongside the Grand Cherokee, and while it may be bigger, I see no real advantage overit, and I doubt future reviews will change my mind.  It will probably sale for $40k-$50k+ too, becoming an LR3 opponent, which I would probably prefer over this as well.

This will be a full-size SUV, while the GC will be midsize. They will not overlap any more than the Explorer overlaps the Expedition or the TrailBlazer overlaps the Tahoe. And the pricing will probably be about $33K base, and about $45K fully loaded, similar to other full-size SUVs.

It won't load the picture for me, it gives me an error message when I ask it to view the image, but if it looks identical to the trooper, I'd think it'd be far too dated and ugly to be appealing in the current full-size market.

Aside from the headlights, and the fact that it looks so much like the Trooper, I rather like it. It's utilitiarian and very practical.

I think it's hideous. It's too square and lacking in imagination. A few vehicles can get away with boxy, like the Scion xB, but I don't think this one looks good at all.

It definitely looks like a chop, it looks like the Trooper body with a slightly different front, which looks like a decent, although not great, chop itself. It looks like a chop, but I'm afraid it's not just a chop.
