A lot is going on in this price range (let's call it $25,000-$35,000) of the coupe market right now. And we need threads, so I'm making a sporty coupe poll.
This group includes only the sportier vehicles (no Monte Carlo, Accord, G6, or Solara today). If you have an issue with a car being there (or a car not being there) bring it up ASAP. Also, vote only for the specific versions listed.
Please post:
1). Your favorite, along with a sentence or two about why you chose it. 2). A complete order of all the vehicles, ranked first to last. 3). An explanation of your reasoning behind your least-favorite. 4). Anything else that you think is necessary to explain what you think.
And be prepared to defend your rankings, so have a reason for everything. Don't leave any cars out either.
Oh, and of course have fun, and everyone has to post.
1. GTO (Roomy, comfortable, refined, high-quality. And of course insanely quick.) 2. RX8 3. Mustang 4. G35 5. 325i 6. 350Z 7. TT 8. Crossfire (Very nice to look at. Not so nice to drive or sit in.)
1. GTO - Understated but stylish looks, meanicing with the appearance stuff, good interior, and a **** load of power.
2. 350Z touring - Good handling, Good power, Good looks.
3. RX8 - Probably the best handling, Very good looking, revvy angine, but not much torque.
4. G35C - Like the Z but expensiver and larger.
5. 325ci - it may handle good, but its also a bit weak, and I *think* its too expensive.
6,7,8 - The Audi handles not the best and has not enouff power, the Mustang handles worse and looks ugly retro, and the Crossfire, uh, see Top Gear's statement on its styling.

Good luck with that.
And I would first like to point out that this is favorites and not best.
My list:
Pontiac GTO- Like FIU said, 'understated but stylish looks', despite the scoops which I prefer gone. A 400hp, $30k (or less) car with great interior and handling, and has to be fun as hell with that.
Nissan 350Z Touring- Once again FIU's words, 'Good handling, Good power, Good looks.'
Infiniti G35C- A more luxurious looking 350Z which adds a kind of sleeper element but gives a more respectable look for the driver.
Ford Mustang GT- Good interior, handles great from what I hear, a lot of bang for the buck and a good all around car. Although I dislike the exterior greatly.
Mazda RX8- Good looks, nifty doors, nice interior, good engine and handling, not so good performance (acceleration wise).
Audi TT 1.8- Great looks, good interior, and Audi, not so good handling or power.
(tie)
BMW 325Ci- Good all around car but doesn't really succeed in one area more than any others, it is a good car but it just doesn't do much for me.
Chrysler Crossfire Limited- Really good looks and interior, mediocre power and handling, not so sure on the ride or anything either.

Well, it's just a little far-fetched to say everyone is all, there's usually someone who won't, but that depends on who all you were expecting.

At least the regulars (you and thewizard) as well as a few of our less-frequent guests.

1. Mustang GT- Inexpensive, good interior with very comfortable seats, really good styling (in my opinion), very fast, and with good predictable handling and brakes.
3. I don't care for the TT's styling, acceleration, or interior much at all. Out of the eight, it's my least favorite in styling, and close to least in the other categories too. It's only redeeming quality in my opinion is that it's AWD.
