I've seen a couple of those around town, and I'm not wild about them, and I'm not a huge fan of the interior (went and looked at one at the dealership) but the exhaust note is beautiful.

I don't know. I'm not in a densely populated area, and there are a few running around. They're not common, but I'd say there are as many of them as there are Infiniti FXs, around here anyway.

Do you live in a relatively warm climate? It snows here from late November until March, and it's cold and rainy in October and April. You generally don't see a whole lot of convertables to begin with, and most of what you see are less expensive cars like Mustangs, Eclipses, and Miatas. And you really don't see all that many convertables in the winter.

A hardtop convertable is still an adequate winter vehicle.

Agreed. At any rate, I live in Northern Arkansas, so it'd probably be considered a mild climate. In summer the average day can be anywhere from 80-115 and in winter from 20ish - -10 ish. We had a warm winter this year, but it's not a climate of any extremes, just mild.

'
I'd call -10 and 115 both extreme. DC ranges from about 10-40 in the winter, and 85-100 in the summer.

Well, it varies. This year was exceptionally mild, but in the hottest part of summer, we'll hit upwards of 110 for several days. We haven't had a cold winter in a while, but we used to get that cold all the time. When I lived in Iowa though, -10 wasn't considered bad. And when I thought I had it bad in Iowa, I took a vacation in northern Minnesota one winter. Talk about cold.

Jeeze, and I thought we had a pretty good spread of temperatures. Usually about -15 at the coldest and 90-95 at the hottest.
This winter has been both mild and pretty cold at the same time. We went from a couple of days where the temperature was in the 60s to a couple of days where it didn't break double digits (with lows around -12) in a week's time.

Quite an achievement, considering it's not on sale yet.
Today I was behind a G35X that refused to go faster than 25 mph (even the speed limit was 30). Why buy a car with a 260 horsepower and avoid 250 of it?
