Lets see. I saw a 1st generation RX-7 and a MkIII Supra running about in the snow today. That's about it for really, or even moderately, interesting cars.
The doctor that had the SLK230 bought a brand new SLK350!!!!!

New Corvette and a guy rolling off the lot in a new SRX (which are rather rare around here). I know he bought it, because I listened to him talking to the salesguy while I was waiting in the chair by the body shop counter.

It's a Chevy/Cadillac dealer, but they have an extremely good, and large, body shop that services all makes and models. I was there to get an estimate on a pretty good door ding that cracked the paint on the older Camry.

Get a chance to wander around their showroom and take in the new products?

Not really, I wanted to, but I had some other things to get done before 5 o'clock, and I was only there a few minutes. If I have the work done there, I'll probably look around. They have four new STSs on the lot, and I'd like to look at them, especially.
And a while back there was a dark green Shelby GT500

So do you like the Hyundai or not? (I'm guessing not). I've never been a huge fan of the XG's interior, but I thought the exterior looked okay. There are very few of them around here, but the only Kias and Hyundais around here that there are more than a very few of are the cheap compacts. Basically, and Kia/Hyundai over 15,000 just doesn't sell around here.

It looked nice, nicer than I had figured anyway, I didn't see the interior though.

Ah, okay. The interior is actually rather nice, I just hate the "wood" they used. Something more like a burled walnut, or that silvery powder finish looking stuff that is so popular right now would look better.
Good day today. Saw a VW Phaeton, 05 STS, 70s Land Cruiser, Land Rover LR3, and a Ford Econoline covered with signs and posters saying, among other things, "Nullify the constitution!"
Yesterday I saw an '05 Mustang, the first I've seen outside of a dealership. It was a V6, though. Today I took my car to the dealership to get the wiper fixed and the dealer is located at an auto mall that has several other brands, including Porsche, Audi, VW, Hyundai, Hummer, Mitsubishi and a couple of others. Plenty of nice cars around there. Didn't really wander around much, but I saw a couple of RX-8s (including a "riced" out custom one) and a Mazdaspeed Miata and the new A4s and some TTs and new A6s.
Yes, the Audi showroom was right next to the Mazda showroom.
Today was okay, nothing exceptionally special, but some interesting stuff.
Mercury Montego (went up close and peeked through the windows, etc. that interior looked really good. The design is great.), a PT Cruiser painted so the side changed colors and looked like flames when it went by, and a Lexus SC430 (I only know of two in the area, so I don't see those too often).
Went to Kansas City Auto Show yesterday. Among other things (cars already in production) there was: Saturn Aura, Pontiac Solstice, Shelby Cobra Concept, Lincoln Zephyr, Corvette Z06, Ford GT, Benz CLS, Porsche 911 Carrera, Nismo 350Z, Dodge Charger, Dodge Viper. More info and pics soon.
