The theoretical optical computers I was talking about would be fully independent, and capable of using voice recognition anywhere. If the consumers decide there's a market for that, I imagine we'll be seeing something like that within the next few years.

I think what you want is a voice-recognizing laptop attatched to your stomach.

I guess I won't be able to test drive any--I don't understand people who buy cars without driving them first. How the hell do they know that they won't be disappointed. I've told several dealers this before--if I can't drive the car, you can't sell me one.

Maybe it's the million/billionare people who don't really care and will only drive it once a month because they have to fit in the 30 other cars they own.

I suppose the people who want to be the first to own one care more about the image than how it drives.
